हाइकोर्ट ने चारधाम यात्रा के श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या बढ़ाए जाने के मामले को लेकर दायर याचिका पर मंगलवार को सुनवाई की। कोर्ट ने चारों धाम में प्रतिबंध के साथ यात्रियों की निर्धारित से अधिक को जाने व दर्शन करने पर लगी रोक को हटा दिया है।

16 सितंबर को हाईकोर्ट में चारधाम यात्रा को लेकर हुई सुनवाई पर हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए लंबे समय से चार धाम यात्रा पर लगी रोक को हटा दिया है ऐसे में अब जल्द ही चारधाम की यात्रा शुरू हो सकती है। उच्च न्यायालय ने चारधाम यात्रा पर लगाई गई रोक को कुछ प्रतिबंधों के साथ हटा दिया है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश की खंडपीठ ने केदारनाथ धाम में प्रतिदिन 800 भक्त या यात्रियों, बद्रीनाथ धाम में 1200, गंगोत्रि में 600, यमनोत्री धाम में कुल 400 यात्री जाने की अनुमति दी है।

न्यायालय ने हर भक्त या यात्री को कोविड नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट और दो वैक्सीन का सर्टिफिकेट ले जाना होगा। चमोली, रुद्रप्रयाग और उत्तरकाशी जिलों में होने वाली चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान आवयश्यक्तानुसार पुलिस फोर्स लगाने को कहा है। भक्त किसी भी कुंड में स्नान नहीं कर सकेंगे।

Badrinath is one place, where you can not move much without coming across another natural wonder or a religious site.
