उत्तरकाशी जनपद की नेलांग घाटी में स्थित ऐतिहासिक गरतांग गली का पुनर्निर्माण कर पर्यटकों के लिए खोल दिया गया है। इसकी विश्व के सबसे खतरनाक रास्तों में गिनती होती है। 11,000 फुट की ऊंचाई पर बनी गरतांग गली 1962 में भारत-चीन युद्ध के बाद बंद कर दी गई थी। कभी तिब्बत के लोग व्यापार हेतु इस मार्ग का उपयोग किया करते थे। ऐतिहासिक एवं राजनीतिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण गरतांग गली से आसपास के नैसर्गिक सौंदर्य का अनोखा अनुभव प्राप्त होता है।
