Announcing our first batch of Panna upcoming season.

Tour date :
Batch 1 - 12 Nov - 16 Nov
No safaris : 8
Persons of Gypsy : 4
Tour Start / End Point : Erlin Resort panna
Though groups can be made with respect to pickup points like jabalpur, satana, khujraho etc and cab can be hired accordingly at extra cost
Planned Iternary :
Day 1: Arrive at the resort by lunch time ( by 11am to 1 pm) .Post lunch, we shall leave for our 1st jungle safari by 1430 hrs (3:30 PM). On returning back to the resort, we shall have an interactive session over dinner followed by an overnight stay at the forest resort.

Day 2: Leave early morning at around 0530 hrs (5:30 AM) for a jungle safari with a packed breakfast. Return back to the resort by 1100 hrs (11:00 AM) for some rest followed by lunch. Post lunch, leave for the evening jungle safari by 1430 hrs (02:30 PM). On returning back to the resort, we shall have an interactive session over dinner followed by an overnight stay at the forest resort.

Day 3 Leave early morning at around 0530 hrs (5:30 AM) for a jungle safari with a packed breakfast. Return back to the resort by 1100 hrs (11:00 AM) for some rest followed by lunch. Post lunch, leave for the evening jungle safari by 1430 hrs (02:30 PM). !! HIMALAYAN PHOTOGRAPY TOUR !!

Good morning Everyone,

It's my pleasure to announce the most fav tour in the birding community. This particular itinerary not only offers to witness the scenic landscapes but also many beautiful birds in the best possible habitat.

Itinerary:- 7N/8D [Chopta+Mandal+ Ranikhet+Sattal ]
Pick-up & Drop :- Dehradun airport to Dehradun airport or Kathgodam railway station.

Dates - 06 Dec - 13 Dec

Day 1st:-
Pick-up from Dehradun airport to mandal (Chopta). Plan to reach by 11 am at deharadun.
[270Km/8-9Hr].
Overnight at the mandal hotel.

Day 2nd:-
Morning session at the herbal farm area.
[Scarlet finch, Pink browed rosefinch, Spot winged rosefinch, Rufous breasted accentor, Rock bunting etc.]
Back to the hotel for breakfast.
Post lunch we start birding nearby the mandal villages.
[Green tailed sunbird, Scimitar babblers, warblers, t**s etc.]
Overnight at the mandal hotel.

Day 3rd:-
By sharp 05:30am transfer to chopta with En-route birding plan & packed breakfast.
[26Km/50mint].
[Koklass pheasant, Hill partridge, Himalayan woodpecker, Rufous bellied woodpecker, scaly bellied woodpecker, Mistle thrush, Speckled wood pigeon etc.]
Post lunch birding nearby the bhulkan area.
[Himalayan monal, himalayan tahr, alpine accentor, t**s etc].
Overnight at mandal hotel

Day 4th:-
By morning 04:30am we start the tungnath track with a packed breakfast.
Tungnath:- 12070 ft
At an altitude of 12070 ft, Tungnath(3680m), is the one of the highest Shiva temples located at the second highest altitude in the world which lies in India, after Muktinath(3710m), Nepal which is the first highest altitude Shiva temple in the world. Tungnath is the Tritiya Kedar of the Panch Kedar in the Himalayas.
Target species [Himalayan monal, Snow partridge, Himalayan griffon, bearded vulture & other small birds].
Back to the chopta hotel from tungnath track till lunch time.
Lunch at the hotel.
Post lunch birding at dugalbitta, makku-farm, shyari village & kakdagaad area.
[Finches, Thrushes, Collared owlet, Tawny-fish owl, yellow rumped honey guide & other small birds etc].
Breakfast will be on-the-wa

Update on our Bhigwan Tour !

Batch 2 : Approx 9 confirmations so far. LAST 3 seats available.

Maximum slots in each batch : 12

Please note, looking at cost constraints, Panchgani is optional. For a group of minimum 3 if interested can visit Panchgani. Cost can be adjusted accordingly.

For planned 6 safaris, 2 sessions are dedicated to wolves, 1 session at saswad for Vernal hanging parrots. Rest sessions will be explore at various birding locations.

All those locations will also help to track hyenas and fox etc.

Hi all,

There is one interesting change in our bhigwan - saswad tour for the first time.

We are replacing our one regular session with Panchgani. We will be doing one session for a very special bird that's Painted bush Queil.
