Namami Gange Tour and Travels is looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Travel Operations Executive.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and monitor ongoing trips
• Coordinate with hotels, drivers & service providers
• Prepare and share hotel vouchers & travel documents
• Track ongoing groups and assist with trip coordination
• Attend client calls and walk-in enquiries
• Explain tour packages, itineraries & destinations to clients
• Maintain trip records, data & documentation
• Assist in tour ex*****on and accompany trips whenever required
• Assist with enquiries and bookings
REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate in any discipline | Tourism background preferred
• 0–1 year experience | Freshers with good tourism knowledge welcome
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu
• Good communication & writing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
• Comfortable with professional emails and computer work
• Good knowledge of Indian tourism, destinations & popular travel circuits
• Organised, responsible & able to multitask
• Willingness to travel when required
• Passion for travel & tourism is a must!
