Patang baaz.. Khicho.. Kaato.. Looto.. These words are not from some riots.. People were enjoying by flying kites in sky.. Eyes in sky with having mangha in hand.. But this time kites are flying not only with mangha.. But with Remote controlled kites.. This was the major attraction during Telangana International Kite festival which was held in Aga Khan Academy .. First time in India..
