The volumes are carefully calibrated — double-height impressions, aligned ceiling planes, and strategic openings enhance vertical and horizontal movement. Natural light travels across surfaces, highlighting textures and material contrasts.

Neutral tones form the base palette, while subtle textures and precise detailing bring warmth and character. Every junction, every edge, every finish is resolved with discipline.

is not just a building with classrooms. It is a place of Intellectual self actualization. Children like to run, slide, fall, hang, and jump. But we design schools where they cannot do any of that. What if we can design a school where children can do that...and be children.

Rajender residence is designed like a living moodboard of calm—where every frame slows you down. Inspired by traditional Indian courtyard architecture, the interiors unfold gently around light, air, and greenery. As we move, the space invites you to breathe, pause, and feel grounded, making mental comfort the true luxury of the home

Warm wood, muted stone, soft fabrics, and handcrafted details create layers of texture that feel lived-in, not staged. Heritage elements—columns, arches, brass accents—are reinterpreted with clean lines and modern openness, allowing the aesthetics to feel timeless rather than decorative. Warm ambient lighting washes over surfaces, enhancing material honesty and creating a quiet, comforting glow rather than dramatic contrast.

At the heart of it all, the courtyard anchors the experience—visually and emotionally. Natural light filters in, plants sway gently, and the interiors respond with softness and restraint. The slow rhythm of the video mirrors the philosophy of the space: a home designed for slow living, where beauty is subtle, silence is intentional, and peace becomes part of everyday life.

The Janapriya Mockup Villa is defined by a warm, tactile aesthetic where materials lead the narrative. Earthy neutrals, natural wood grains, woven textures, and soft fabrics come together to create a calm, layered interior language. Every surface is intentional, every detail restrained.

The lighting is warm and diffused, allowing textures to breathe and shadows to add depth. Furniture remains grounded and minimal, letting materiality and craftsmanship take centre stage.

The landscape cutout gently filters light and greenery into the interiors, creating moments of pause and softness.

Amara Aanya is envisioned as a contemporary residential ecosystem, where architecture responds to the layered rhythms of urban living through clarity of form and precise spatial configuration. The project is structured to balance private domains with shared environments, allowing everyday life to unfold intuitively across scales.

Common amenities are conceived as social and recreational anchors-featuring a thoughtfully planned clubhouse, pool decks, wellness and fitness zones, and multipurpose community spaces that encourage interaction while preserving comfort and privacy. Landscaped terraces and open-to-sky areas soften the built mass, creating moments of visual relief and climatic comfort.

Interiors are designed with fluid spatial sequencing, ensuring seamless transitions between rooms and optimized functionality. Residential units are strategically oriented to capture expansive views, natural light, and cross ventilation. AMARA SKYVILLAS, Chennai
Anchored on an impressive 0.845 acre site, AMARA SKYVILLAS is set to become a landmark with its commanding 60-meter height.

This architectural vision features two distinct blocks:
Block-01: A bold, 17-storey tower (3B + Stilt + 17 floors) symbolizing the pinnacle of contemporary design.

Block-02: Exuding grace with a Stilt + 5 floor structure, adding harmonious architectural diversity to the project.

The cloud-inspired Entrance Pavilion at Organo Kandawada is a stunning social anchor. Its fluid roof is a masterwork of parametric design, engineered with absolute precision.
​The organic form gains strength from a hexagonal-triangular steel lattice, assembled from bent MS plates and machine-cut nodes. Supported by slender, tree-like columns, the structure’s delicate geometry dissolves into the terrain, creating a porous, communal threshold.

This pavilion at Anvita Parkside is articulated as a structural rhythm set over a still water plane. Its curved members guide movement, frame axial views, and modulate natural light throughout the day. Elevated pathways create a seamless transition between landscape and built form, while the waterbody functions as both a reflective surface and a climatic buffer. A precise interplay of geometry, proportion, and environment shapes this quiet architectural pause point.
