At Mareddi Residence, brick transcends its conventional role to become a multifunctional design element that shapes both climate responsiveness and spatial identity. Along the west and south façades, projected bricks create self-shading surfaces that minimize heat gain, while the monolithic form evokes the fortified grandeur of Telangana’s historic strongholds.

Intricately detailed jaalis filter daylight into the interiors, casting dynamic shadows and ensuring privacy without enclosing the space. In the pooja room, staggered, 45-degree rotated bricks in a Flemish bond pattern form a textured, sacred volume—inviting introspection through its play of darkness, light, and material rhythm.

These brick surfaces do more than defining enclosures—they structure experience. From fort-inspired portals to porous skins, every detail is crafted with precision, reflecting the client’s deep connection to regional heritage. The resulting patterns are not only functional but also poetic tributes to the cultural pride of Hyderabad.

The Clubhouse at Raghava Cinq is a five-level structure designed to integrate multiple lifestyle functions within a single space. It includes a banquet hall, crèche, co-working zones, mini theater, board rooms, huddle spaces, indoor games, and a badminton court—creating a blend of private and shared environments.

The rooftop features a parametric form shaped like a pearl, housing a semi-open space with an infinity pool, sit-out areas, and a party zone. This architectural gesture brings together form and function, creating layered experiences of openness, shade, and movement across different levels.

Comprising 1130 expansive 4BHK residences, each home spans 3500+ sq. ft., offering space, privacy, and sophistication at scale.

But what truly sets it apart is its 3-level Sky Deck that begins at the 34th floor. This elevated zone redefines high-rise living with a panoramic swimming pool, a sky-high walking loop, and open lounges that offer surreal views of the skyline.

More than just vertical construction, Raghava Cinq introduces a new spatial narrative—where architecture doesn’t stop at the ground, but floats in the clouds.

The Reserve is designed with a clear spatial logic that integrates landscape and architecture. Parking and vehicular movement are planned within landscaped zones, so they don’t disrupt the visual or pedestrian flow across the site.

At the center of the house is a triple-height courtyard that acts as the core of the design. All rooms and circulation areas are organized around this central space, allowing light, air, and visual connections across levels. The ground floor includes all the public and family spaces — such as living, dining, kitchen, and lounge areas — each opening out to the landscape and courtyard, encouraging indoor-outdoor interaction.

Private bedrooms are placed on the upper floor to maintain privacy while still being connected to the heart of the home through visual access to the courtyard. Movement between spaces is designed along the edges, allowing open views and natural cross ventilation.

The structure is oriented and detailed to make the most of daylight, with well-placed windows and openings. Materials and spatial proportions are chosen to support comfort, light quality, and a strong connection to nature. The overall design emphasizes openness, climate responsiveness, and a smooth flow between inside and outside spaces.

IRA Float introduces a new paradigm in group housing by combining iconic architecture with a nature-centric lifestyle. The project features 133 luxurious villas, including 1000 Sq. yd. and 800 Sq. yd. independent units, along with a clubhouse. The masterplan revolves around a central axial road leading to the clubhouse, surrounded by vibrant activities. Each villa boasts private outdoor landscapes, embodying the concept of “Elevated Living.”

The design elevates family living to the first floor, where spaces open to serene vistas and landscaped views. The ground floor houses service areas and drawing rooms, while the second floor accommodates private bedrooms. The first floor integrates semi-shaded spaces with a pool and sloping greenery, fostering a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

A green lifestyle is emphasized through elevated pools, lush courtyards, and multiple balconies offering panoramic views. Natural light and greenery enrich every level, creating a harmonious blend of luxury and nature.

Elevate, poses a formal challenge to the group housing typology. With overhang,
sharp chamfers, simple white contemporary forms – the villas create a unique ar�chitectural experience. The landscaped streets break the continuity with greens and
focal moments. The iconic club house rises gradually from the ground with pro�nounced turns and complimenting chamfer cuts. The levels connect to open pro�grams and views. The greens afront the club have a multitude of programs such as
mini-golf, jogging tracks and sports

Polycab experience center
Located in Halol, Gujarat, integrates a corporate office, experience center, and auditorium under one sustainable roof for one of India’s largest cable manufacturers. The design preserves existing trees, with a central atrium connecting the office, experience center, and factory. Features include a triple-height lobby with a “Banyan tree” mural, naturally lit spaces, and an activity terrace. Sustainability highlights include Low-E glass façades, aluminium fins for shading, and a solar system offsetting 100% of energy needs, making it a Net-Zero energy building. Locally sourced materials (70% within 100km) and efficient water systems reduce environmental impact. The project has won awards as India’s best commercial and sustainable building in 2024.

Project 1 : Ignite school ,Raipur

The project is a Pre-primary and primary school for 350 students. The design rethinks institution typology by creating a playful environment where children would want to spend
more time. It sets up a healthy environment that kindles excitement and curiosity where children can play and learn. Architecturally, the design also responds to the hot and dry
weather of Raipur, by creating multiple shaded play areas. Each classroom opens to a play space based on the age group of the students – creating unique experiences for the
students as they grow up.

Project 2: TVS estate

The project challenges the conventional design of a plotted development. The design protects the over 4000 mango trees on site, by limiting the cut trees to just 500 – even those being transplanted. The plots are organized not by standard sizes, but by number of trees. Plot types include – 4 tree plots, 6 tree plots, 9 tree plots, 12 tree plots. The end user, doesn’t buy just a piece of land but a piece of Mango estate.

Project : 1 organo Kandawda
Organo Kandawada is a 39-acre eco-friendly community in Chevella, housing 94 families committed to sustainable living. The architectural design focuses on a pedestrian-centric layout, with residential clusters connected by pathways, and driveways limited to the northern edge to reduce traffic and promote walkability. Surface parking is integrated along the edge of the driveway. A 3-meter bio-fence surrounds the site, enhancing privacy and preserving the ecosystem. The master plan incorporates rainwater harvesting, including a 6-million-liter sump and a dug well for water security. Farmlands behind each cluster produce a variety of vegetables and fruits, while a Goshala for 60 cows serves dairy needs. Sustainable design principles and community spaces foster a strong sense of unity and environmental friendly practice.

Project 2 : Organo Damaragidda
The project envisions a self-sustaining, eco-conscious community of 160 families, promoting a ‘living off the grid’ lifestyle. The master plan arranges homes in clusters of 20-30, designed along pedestrian pathways (veedhis), with interactive community nodes for all ages. Local flora and fauna line the green streets, fostering a natural environment where residents enjoy birdlife and growing crops. Each cluster culminates in a community club to encourage social interaction and DIY learning. With minimized driveways and parking areas, the design reduces carbon footprints, ensuring a pollution-free, sustainable living experience centered around permaculture, organic farming, and self-reliance.

Organo Antharam : The “Rurban” community, spanning 60 acres and home to 180 families, harmonizes modern living with environmental sustainability. The master plan incorporates a deep understanding of the site’s hydrology and geology, creating three distinct zones: eco-sensitive lowlands, mid-level arable lands, and high-level residential clusters. Architecture fosters social connections and integrates modern comforts with rural sensibilities. The community is net-zero, generating 600 kilowatts of solar power and utilizing waste management and water recycling systems. Forested areas with 20,000 trees promote biodiversity, while widened water channels nourish local farmlands. Vehicle-free roads prioritize walking and cycling, ensuring an accessible, human-scaled environment.

Project : organo Rurban lofts
Organo rurban Lofts is a low-rise residential project near Hyderabad, offering 201 weekend units for millennial couples seeking a nature-filled retreat. The design integrates living spaces with the natural landscape, with units arranged along linear pathways leading to communal gardens and green corridors that connect the forest to the residential area. Sloped terraces on each wing serve as productive landscapes and thermal mass for heat reduction. The central lobby, with a communal dining area and a traditional waterbody, fosters social interaction. A 3.5-acre Forest Zone includes jogging tracks, multi-court areas, and a rainwater retention pond, enhancing the community’s wellness and biodiversity.
