Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic travel agency team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them with travel inquiries, promoting our tour packages (including Umrah and holiday packages), and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain travel packages and services clearly
Handle customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
Follow up on leads and maintain daily call records
Achieve monthly conversion targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of travel industry preferred
Positive attitude and convincing ability
Fresher or experienced candidates welcome
