6 Dec 2023 In a major achievement for the state, Mr. CARDO EYUM ( TADO ) from Upper Subansiri District of Arunachal Pradesh has become the first from the district Daporijo to receive certification as rafting and kayaking guide ( Level 2 Certificate ) from the International Rafting Federation (IRF), which is the official world rafting governing body.

He Got his Certificate during the course training held at Seppa East Kameng District at Kameng River ......
