TRIBUTE TO COLLARWALI TIGRESS
Sharing video released on cremation rituals of most popular tigress of Central India "Collarwali / Mataram". She changed the category of Pench tiger reserve from average sighting reserve to good sighting reserve by giving 29 cubs to this forest. Showing the honor and gratitude towards her contribution, local safari guide gave her name "Mataram" means "Matriarch". Earlier due to wearing of raido-collar, name was given "Collarwali". On her silent death, whole tiger reserve management team, local safari guides, wildlife photographers and wildlife lovers are feeling the pain of losing a family members. Here last rituals reflects this feeling & bonding very well. Those who missed those moments can watch this video.
