Ranthambore National Park is located in Rajasthan state in western India. It was established as a protected area in 1936 and covers an area of 1,600 square kilometers (621 square miles). It’s home to the largest population of Bengal tigers in India.

This apart from that, the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is famous to a healthy and growing population of leopards, sloth bears, numerous deer species such as chital (spotted deer), marsh crocodiles, palm caimans, wolves, barren region foxes, serpent eagles, and waterfowl, totaling forty species of mammals, 35 species of reptiles, and 320 species of birds.
