Banswara is a city in Banswara District in south Rajasthan in India and City is known as the cherrapunji of rajasthan (Receive Highest rain In Rajasthan) and it is greenest City in the Rajasthan It is also known as 'City of Hundred Islands', due to presence of numerous islands on the Mahi River named " where the islands located, which flows through Banswara.

ये हैं श्री धन्ना राम भील !
अगर आप पटवों की हवेली, जैसलमेर घूमने जाते हैं तो वहां आप इनसे मिल सकते हैं और बीस से तीस रुपये में इनके साथ फोटो भी खिंचवा सकते हैं !
इनकी मूंछों की लम्बाई है साढे चार फिट ...

ये इसपे कोई दवा या शेम्पू का इस्तेमाल ना करके इसे मुल्तानी मिट्टी से धोते हैं और नारियल का तेल लगाते हैं !

ये हर साल डेजर्ट फेस्टिवल में हिस्सा लेते हैं और पिछले दस साल से लगातार सबसे लंबी मूंछ का ख़िताब “करणा भील ट्राफी” जीत रहे हैं जिसमे इन्हें पांच हजार रुपये का नकद इनाम मिलता है !

ये करणा भील ट्राफी इन्हीं के पिता के नाम पर दी जाती है !
महान करणा भील (1928-87) का नाम उनकी मूंछों की लम्बाई साढे छह फिट के बल पर गिनीज बुक में दर्ज है !

करणा भील बेहतरीन नड वादक थे !
करणा भील इस इलाके के मशहूर बहादुर डकैत थे और इन्होने काफी समय दिल्ली जेल में बिताया था और वहीँ जेल में ही ‘les Flutes du Rajasthan’ रिकॉर्ड किया गया और इस नड वादन को Greatest Hits of the Earth (1976) में शामिल किया गया था !

इन्होने देश विदेश में बहुत सी प्रस्तुतियाँ दी थी !
दुर्भाग्यवश 1987 की एक रात को नींद में सोते समय पाकिस्तान के कुछ हत्यारे बदले की भावना में इनका सर धड़ से काटकर ले गए !
तभी से धन्ना भील ने मूंछे बढाना शुरू किया और अपने पिता को सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि दी ....
राम राम !
