"I have learned the art of making Dhaliya (bowl - mostly used to serve chapatis in Muslim households ) in my husband's village. Every material used in this is natural. We derive straws from forest, color them and weave. We have a ritual to exchange these during wedding ceremonies."

This is how sweet jaggery or ' गुड़' is made from sugarcane. A large quantity of Sugarcanes are juiced with the grinder. The juice is then passed through four different containers which heats it extremely. After the desirable temperature has been attained, the juice is cooled down and made to freeze.
The remnants of sugarcane is used as a fuel for furnace. Tractor is used to run the grinder through belt.
