SAGAR JALASHAY, ALWAR, RAJASTHAN
Situated right next to Moosi Rani ki Chhatri and nestled against the backdrop of the Aravalis, Sagar Jalashay is a kund (or a tank). Steps on all sides lead to the verdant waters of the Jalashay. Renovated in 1815 by Raja Vinay Singh, it is surrounded by havelis on one side and red sandstone chhatris. There are also temples dedicated to Shiva, Rama, and Krishna surrounding the Jalashay. It is believed to have been first constructed in c.6th Century CE and was renovated when the Moosi Rani ki Chhatri and the City Palace were constructed.

Nahargarh Fort, Jaipur

Built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the 18th century, Nahargarh fort was originally named Sudarshangarh Fort. Nahargarh means 'Abode of Tigers' and was adopted as the name, as the fort is a frequented site of the beasts. One of the major tourist attractions of Jaipur, Nahargarh Fort is known for its strong defence. The fort shares an extended wall which connects it to the Jaigarh Fort.
