Delightful Kashmir:
Day 1: Srinagar Local Sightseeing (50 Kms)
On Arrival at Srinagar international airport meet our assistance who will transfer you to Hotel/Houseboat. Half-day tour to famous Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visit to Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jehangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan .Evening Shikara Ride on the famous Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city, which is often compared to Venice. You will get a lovely view of some interesting places around the lake. Overnight stay at the Houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar-Sonmarg-Srinagar (100 Kms)
Away from the scenic beauty of mountains, we take a break and move northeast of the Valley towards Sonmarg(The meadow of Golden Flowers); it is time to see glaciers with beautiful stream flowing down from Ladakh Mountains. This place is also known as Gateway to Ladakh. You can also take a horse ride to Thajwas glaciers to enjoy the Snow. Return as the sun sets to Srinagar and stay at Houseboat.
Day 3: Srinagar-Pahalgam (96 Kms)
Located in the South of Kashmir, which will pass through the famous saffron fields(pampore), Awantipura ruins and Mattond temples. As you will approach the Pahalgam (The Valley of sheferds), music of water gushing from the Lidder stream will fill your ears. It is an occasion when one’s soul is filled with peace. You may not help yourself in falling in love with the nature. Some of the places will look familiar to you, as they have been captured in various famous films like Silsila, Betab, Karma, etc. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 4: Pahalgam
The day is kept free for you to enjoy various tourist spots in this beautiful valley, including River waters amusement park, deer Park etc .Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5: Pahalgam – Gulmarg (150 Kms)
After early Breakfast drive for the Gulmarg (8700 ft i.e. 2652 mts), known as ‘Meadow of flowers. Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers. It is one of the India’s premier Hill resorts. Gulmarg today is not merely a mountain resort of exceptional beauty – It also turns into India’s premier Ski resort in winter. The Gondola Cable Car offers rides to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 06: Gulmarg
The Day is free to enjoy the Scenic beauty of Gulmarg, you can enjoy the Horse ride/slidge ride on your own. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 7:Gulmarg-Srinagar( 56kms)
After relexed breakfast driver for the city of lakes to have rest and shopping from Srinagar market for kashmiri handlooms, handicrafts etc. Overnight at hotel
Day 8: Departure
Today in time please set foot for Srinagar airport to board onward flight by reporting 2-Hrs. Before departure time at srinagar airport, with sweet memories of kashmir Valley.
