Just off the coast of Vũng Tàu, this tiny island is called Hon Ba — home to a temple built in the 18th century for Thủy Long Thần Nữ, the Water Goddess worshipped by local fishermen.
You can only walk to it during low tide, when a rocky path appears from under the sea. The rest of the time, it stands alone — quiet, sacred, and surrounded by waves.
They say a French officer once fired cannons at the temple in 1939. Only one hit. He died shortly after. Since then, locals say this island doesn’t forget.

Imagine disappearing into the earth just to survive. This was real - Cu Chi Tunnel, Vietnam 🇻🇳
Hidden beneath the jungles of southern Vietnam lies a vast network of tunnels that once sheltered Vietnamese fighters during the Vietnam War. The Cu Chi Tunnels, stretching over 250 kilometers, were a lifeline — used for living, hiding, communication, and surprise attacks against enemy forces.

Today, they stand as a powerful reminder of resilience, survival, and the human spirit in times of war. Crawling into these narrow passages is not just an adventure — it’s stepping into living history.

I’m happy to share that I received the Best Research Paper Award at the 8th International Conference on CSR & Sustainability (CSR 2025) held on 16–17 June 2025 at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The conference was organized by Society for Education & Research Development (India) and Southern Institute of Social Sciences (Vietnam) in collaboration with the University of Finance – Marketing. I presented my research titled “Fungal Bioremediation and Advanced Computational Tools in Sustainable Clean-up of Refinery Wastewater: Nature’s Enzymatic Scissors”. Grateful for this recognition and the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful academic gathering.
