Job Description:
• Appointment of distributor for the Company.
• Creation of new channel in Market.
• Lead generation for the Company
• Identifying and Meeting dealer for deeper market pe*******on and reach in depth market share.
• Analyze and compare sales plans with the last year base and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
• Assisting the dealers in achieving the targets by providing them with training
• Ensuring the seeding of new product in right Channel.
• Ensuring profitability of dealers, in alignment with organization's policies and interest
• Making a territory monitoring report every month including competitor's activities.
• Solving all the issue of dealer for making smooth business relation.
• Achievement of the Business Plan - Area wise.
• Creation of a strong Relationship with Distributors
• Accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing and specifying to the contractor with the Distributors.
• Ability to prioritize.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate should be a 12th,Graduate (in any stream) or Post Graduate Degree /
Diploma in Marketing Management with an experience of 0-5 years.
• Highly energetic, motivated, self-driven, confident candidates with good
communication and selling skills.
• Should have the ability to convert products into business.
• Must be a go-getter with high drive and initiative.
