The Canada International Mobility Program (IMP) encompasses various initiatives aimed at promoting international labor mobility while advancing Canada’s broader economic and cultural interests. Unlike the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP), the IMP allows employers to hire temporary workers without an LMIA. This makes the process smoother and more efficient, providing significant advantages for both employers and employees.

One of the standout benefits of the IMP is that it removes the necessity for an LMIA. This means employers do not need to prove that hiring a foreign worker will not negatively impact the Canadian labor market. This simplification accelerates the hiring process, enabling businesses to fill positions more swiftly and efficiently.
Intra company transfer.
Some company have branch or representative office in foreign countries. Company needs may particular people for work. It's call company transfer
Step1:
CVs will be received from applicants and forward to concern for screening. We will get update by 3 to 5 working days. Our office will be forwarded as Selection list
Step2:
office will reply or update us after received Selectin list what got positive result. Our Office will move by order of concern who employer. Hopefully take 10 to 12 working days
Step3:
Team will be requested to make payment to move on it.
Step4:
Consultant will Collect and arrange documents from Company HR to apply online through Canada government portal. It will be done around 5 to 7 working days.
Step5:
Once get approved from Canada Government portal, Consultant will contact to India agency guy. Then documents will be sent to Applicants and requested to go to nearest Canada Embassy or VAC or VFS. Our Consultant will follow up to India agency person to ensure arrangements. Applicant should go above office and Biometric will be collected. So we request to them co-operate with officials. To carry documents entry to Canada Embassy or VAC or VFS, they will take picture and Biometric for the purpose of visa issuance confirmation. Visa fee will be paid by our office. it takes times 4 to 6 days. Subject to appointment availability and days vary than usual.
Step6:
Consultant will request to India office that pay rest.
Step7:
In mean time getting positive result from Canada Government portal, Our office will be received letter of passport requisition on behalf of applicants. Consultant will forward to India office and requested to submit passport in the Embassy of Canada or VAC or VFS where Biometric given. It may takes around 7 to 10 days.
Step8:
After getting Visa stamping on passport, Applicants will ask to go to collect their passport.
Once done all, Consultant will be requested to India office , a date fixation to fly to Canada. Employer will be book the tickets for all applicant who got visa. Workers will be here
