Kargil Tourist Camp Kargil Tourist Camp and Highway restaurant is ideally located on the Srinagar-Leh National Highway at Kurbathang, six kilometres away from kargil town.

Kargil Tourist Camp is a first of its kind resort on the Srinagar Leh National Highway, aesthetically designed and set to give a perfect ambience and environment for the travelers to rejuvenate and offer a unique experience during their trip in and stay. This is the first of its kind highway camp in the entire district situated amidst green agricultural fields surrounded by mighty mountains on all

its sides away from the noise and crowd of city. The camp is a perfect stopover for the travelers travelling on Leh-Srinagar and Leh-Zanskar route. The idea is to provide a peaceful stay with all the modern amenities of a Hotel. Each tents are 12/15 feet with double bed, attach bathroom and a balcony to it. Pashkum, the most serene village of the district is on a walking distance from the camp and one can go for an evening hike. Cycling enthusiast can even go for cycling to these villages. The camp also organizes package tours for the entire ladakh region and also many other activities like fishing, hiking, cycling, river rafting, trip to the Suru, Dah Hanu and Zanskar valley.
