"It does not in any way prove that we love others if we can list thousands and thousands of reasons to the question WHY we love the person." Our attraction has a reason, our enmity has a reason, we desire has a reason, and even our fear of others has a reason, but for the love that is truly pure, which is born in the spirit, there is simply no comprehensible or tangible reason!
And thatโs exactly why, because it doesnโt depend on anything, it canโt end! (Maybe the relationship itself may end, but this does not mean even close to the end of love! The deeper the love, the more peaceful and โego-freeโ the separation if it finally has to happen. )
When we donโt know, we donโt understand and we donโt see the reason, we just feel and lift it up, then the love is pure in us! When we do not want to possess, when dark clouds do not appear in our heads, because we are NOT afraid of losing, but we enjoy it freely and leaving others freely, then there is pure love in us.
As soon as we could find a reason to put into words WHY we love the person we love, we would become addicted to that thing โ and as we know, what depends on something, can collapse as soon as the thing that depends on disappears.
We don't know why we love someone with a pure heart, and perhaps this mystery makes him beautiful, already divine... โ
