Open Positions

1. Social Media Operator
• Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow our social media accounts across platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, and campaigns).
• Interact with followers and respond to comments/messages.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
2. Video Editor
• Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and promotional content.
• Incorporate creative visuals, effects, and music to bring stories to life.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute video ideas.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s vision and branding.

Requirements

• Education Qualification: Minimum 12th pass with basic computer knowledge.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Santali, English, Hindi, and Assamese.
• Proven experience in social media management or video editing (or both).
• Creativity and passion for storytelling.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Assam’s culture and traditions is a plus.
