Your services are deteriorating day by day in most of the intl Flights.
AI188, it's a 14 hour flight , from Toronto to Delhi ,u have served the food almost after 5 hrs of the flight and quantity is so less that it is not sufficient for a 10 yrs of child .
Breakfast is served like a munching snack before the arrival of the destination.
U guys have removed the assistance button from the flight even for a glass of water passenger has to come up to you all.
You guys are charging so much money from the passengers and in return your services are like this.
A passenger who booked Airindia thinking of an Indian Airline ,they pay more ,they feel they are paying for the development of India and in return you guys are not even giving a proper meal for 2 time.
Is this the result of trusting the most trusted brand in India.
I strongly request the management to look into this and improve the service of all the intl routes.
Atleast don't defame Tata Group name , millions of Indian have hope in this name .
