October 2024 - Audience with Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo originally Diane Perry a Europian lady who took on Bhuddhism at the age of 20.
She travelled to India and took up Tibetian Buddhism.
She spent 12 years in a cave in meditation at 14000 ft in Lahaul and gained enlightenment.
Tenzin Palmo took up the cause of the nuns getting the rights to study and practice Buddhism as the monks, which was not there.
She took up this cause and through are lectures and teachings across the world, raised funds and got the first Nunnary build India, so that the nuns can study and practice Buddhism and get the highest Ordination.
