অনলাইন বুকিং করে সমস্যায় পড়েছেন অনেকেই কিন্তু আমায় ফোন করছেন কেন বুঝতে পারলাম না? কোম্পানির কল সেন্টারে যোগাযোগ করলেই সমাধান করে দেবে। হোটেল আপনার ভালো লাগেনি, 4 ষ্টার বলে 3 ষ্টার দিয়েছে, হোটেলের রুম ভালো নয়, হোটেলের রুম ক্যাটাগরি চেঞ্জ করে দিয়েছে এইগুলোর জন্য আমি কি করবো বুজলাম না। অনলাইন কোম্পানি আপনাকে আপনার সমস্যায় যখুন ফেলেছে তখুন তাদেরকেই সমাধান করতে হবে, তার জন্য উনাদের বার বার ফোন করুন, ভুল হতেই পারে উনাদের কিন্তু বুকিংটা যেহেতু আমাদের নয় তাই আমাদের কোনো দায়িত্ব নেই। এই পিক টাইম এর সময় আমরা আমাদের নিজেদের গেস্টদের ট্যুর নিয়েই ব্যাস্ত থাকি যারা দীর্ঘদিন ধরে আমাদের সাথে ভ্রমন করছে অথবা যারা নতুন যারা আমাদের রেপুটেশন এর ওপর ভরসা রেখে বুকিং করেছে, তাই অন্যদের জন্য সময় দেওয়া সম্ভব নয় কারণ সেইখানে আমাদের কোনো লাভ নেই।
অনলাইন কোম্পানি যখুন আপনাদের কাছে ভালো মনে হয়েছে তখুন উনাদের ওপরই ভরসা রাখুন। দ্বিতীয় কোনো ট্যুর অপারেটরদের ওপর ফোন করা মানে জটিলতা বাড়ানো ছাড়া কিছুই নয়। সবচেয়ে বড়ো ব্যাপার আপনি পেমেন্ট যখুন করে দিয়েছেন দ্বিতীয়বার অন্য হোটেলে বুকিং করলে খরচটাও তো বাড়বে? আর একটা কথা বলুনতো ট্যুর অপারেটরদের কাছ থেকে ইনফরমেশন নেবেন, ইতিনেরারি নেবেন তারপরে অনলাইনে বুকিং করবেন এবং তারপরে ও সমস্যায় পড়লেই অফলাইন ট্রাভেল এজেন্টস, ট্যুর অপারেটরদের ফোন কেন করছেন? এথিক্স কি বলে আপনার?
