মধ্য এশিয়ার একটি স্থলবেষ্টিত দেশ উজবেকিস্তান, যারা বিভিন্ন দেশ ভ্রমণ করেন অবশ্যই একবার উজবেকিস্তান আসবেন এবং অদ্ভুতভাবে ইউরোপ এর একটা ফিল পাবেন।

মধ্য এশিয়ার এই দেশটি শুধুমাত্র ইমাম বুখারী (রঃ) ,তৈমূর লং কিংবা মোঘল সাম্রাজ্যের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সম্রাট বাবরের জন্মস্থানের জন্য বিখ্যাত নয়।
দেশটির হাজার বছরের পুরনো ইসলামিক স্থাপত্য,দেশের প্রতিটি জায়গায় ইসলামিক ইতিহাসের নিদর্শন,মানুষের আতিথেয়তা,পর্যটনের সুব্যবস্থাপনা,দেশের এক প্রান্ত থেকে অন্য প্রান্তে যাতায়াতের সুব্যবস্থা,স্বল্প খরচে ভ্রমণ করার ব্যবস্থার কারনে উজবেকিস্তানের পর্যটন দিন দিন জনপ্রিয় হয়ে উঠছে।
ইদানিং হঠাৎ করেই যেন মধ্য এশিয়ান দেশ গুলি একটু ত্রেন্ডিং চলছে। অনেকেই ঘুরে আসছেন বা পরিকল্পনা করছেন কাজাক্সতান বা উজবেকিস্তান বা আজারবাইজান ঘুরতে যাবার।
বেশ কিছুবছর আগেও কিছু আগ্রহী মানুষজন ছাড়া ভারতবর্ষ থেকে এই দেশগুলি সম্পর্কে বেড়ানোর জন্য খুব একটা পরিষ্কার ধারনা ছিল না। মোটামুটি ব্রাত্যই ছিলো উজবেকিস্তান।

অন্যতম সুন্দর এই দেশটি মোটামুটি ভালোভাবে ঘুরতে সময় লাগবে ৬/৭ দিন।
এখানকার রাজধানি হলো তাশখন্ড। এছাড়া সামারখন্দ, বুখারা আর খিভা- এই প্রধান শহরগুলি ঘুরে দেখবার মতন। সবকটা শহর ভাল করে ঘুরে দেখতে ৫-৬ দিন এর বেশি লাগবার কথা নয়। অবাক হয়ে যেতে হয় এখানকার সিল্ক রোড এর পার্শ্ববর্তী শহর সামারখন্দ আর বুখারা তে অবস্থিত ডজন খানেক মাদ্রাসা আর মসজিদ এর সৌন্দর্য দেখে। আর সবচেয়ে আবাক করা ব্যাপার হল, কত সুন্দর ভাবে Restore করা হয়েছে সমস্ত স্তাপত্য গুলোকে।

আর স্তাপত্য-ভাস্কর্য ছাড়াও সবচেয়ে হৃদয় জল করা অভিজ্ঞতা হল এখানকার মানুষজন দের কাছ থেকে দেখা এবং জানা। বলিউড এর পুরনো দিনের সিনেমা আর সুপারস্টার রা এখানে আজও ৮ থেকে ৮০ সকলের কাছে সমানভাবে প্রিয়। আর ভারতীয় টুরিস্ট দেখলে এরা যেন আনন্দে আত্মহারা, ডেকে ডেকে সেলফি তুলবে। বেশ নিজেকে সেলিব্রিটি মনে হবে।

সব মিলিয়ে পয়সা উসুল ট্রিপ। এমনকি এই দেশটি কে অনেকে পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে সস্তা দেশ ও বলা হয়ে থাকে।
