Booking must be done at least 75 days before the scheduled departure of the trip.
30% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Another 10% of the total tour cost must be paid 10 days before the scheduled departure.
Rest of the amount must be paid before the journey.
The customer receives a confirmation email within 24 hours of successful booking.

If cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel then 20.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 10 days to 29 days before the date of travel then 30.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 3 days to 10 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
