· Please check if all inclusions are as per your request or not? If any discrepancy please let me know asap so we will revise inclusions and cost accordingly
· Rooms are not blocked and it’s subject to availability at time of confirmation
· Bed type on request and subject to availability at time of check in
· Standard check in time 15.00 hrs and check out time 12.00hr. Early check in and check out on request and subject to availability.
· When apply children policy, height should be less than 110 cm (otherwise it will be charges full as adult and client need to pay difference directly)
· In Phuket and Krabi – for arrival – departure transfer in night time surcharge is applicable (Transfers In between 11:00 pm to 06:00 am)

· Any upgradation in hotel room category
· Any meals other than specified above
· Any sightseeing other than mentioned above
· Any Entrance fees or Fees for video or camera permit

As per new guideline by RBI, with every booking we will need a copy of the passport and pan card to remit funds on passenger's behalf. This requirement is non negotiable.
TOUR COST EXCLUSIONS:
· Airfare (Domestic or International) / Rail fare; Unless specified
· Visa / Travel Insurance; Unless specified
· Any sightseeing or entry to park or monument or museum not included in the Package Inclusions.
· Portage at airports, rail stations, bus terminals, piers, hotels, tips, mineral water, telephone charges, guide charges,
· Items of personal nature like telephone calls, laundry, use of minibar, use of charged services like paid TV channels, use of Wi- fi etc.
· Any service not specified in Package Inclusions
· High Season Surcharges levied at the time of booking.
Billing & Tax Details: (May change depending on Government Tax instructions)
Billing up to INR 6,99,999/- under one PAN card in the current financial year requires the following payments:
5% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) over and above the booking amount.
Billing beyond INR 7,00,000/- under one PAN card in the current financial year entails the following payments:
5% GST (Goods and Services Tax)
20% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) over and above the booking amount.
Clients have the option to reimburse the TCS amount.
If a guest confirms a single service (such as hotel, cruise, flight, visa, or transfers), the client or agent needs to pay 18% GST only on the service charge.
PLEASE NOTE:
· This is only the quotation. We are not holding any confirmed services against this quotation.
· Price and availability is subject to change at the time of booking, without prior notice.
· Price is Nett & Non – Commissionable to you.
· Price is for INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY, unless otherwise specified.
· To proceed with the booking, Photo and Address page copy of the travelling passengers along with PAN card copy is required.
· While utmost care is taken to select the Hotels suggested, we highly recommend you to go through the hotel reviews, to ensure Guest’s expectations are met.
· Booking once reconfirmed & guaranteed will attract 100 % Cancellation Charges and there will be no refund for those services. It will be Independent of the Visa status whether Granted / Applied / Rejected on or after the reconfirmation Date.
PASSPORT & VISA RELATED :
· Some countries required minimum one year validity of passport from return date to India. We recommend you to check the requirement in advance.
ON TOUR :
· Seat in Coach or Private transfers will be booked for specific timing, as per arrival / departure details. It will be a point to point service. Same can not re scheduled by the Guest before or on tour.
· Transfers or a scheduled Sightseeing Seat in Coach (SIC) basis, will be at specific time informed in advance. Please be before time at the designated location. There will no refund for missed services.
· Arrival / Departure between 1900 hrs and 0700 hrs. will attract additional surcharge.
· Hotel Standard Check in Time : 1500 hrs // Check out Time: 1100 hrs
· Early Check in / Late Check Out is subject to availability and at the discretion of concerned authority.
· As per International hotels policy a deposit amount will be blocked on your Credit Card / collected in Cash at the time of check in to cover incidental charges which needs to be paid by the Guest Directly. The same will be returned /released on or at the time of check-out, as per Hotel policy.
