|| সুন্দরবন ইলিশ উৎসব - নবম বর্ষ ||
মাছের রাজা বাঘের দেশে

" বাঙালি " ও " ইলিশ " শব্দ দুটি বহু কালের সমার্থক। বাঙাল-ঘটি লড়াইয়ের ইন্ধন হয়েও কোথাও সেই-ই যেন দুইয়ের মেলবন্ধন। কোনো এক বর্ষায় অজানা দ্বীপ পাড়ি দিয়ে নদীর বুকে ভাসতে ভাসতে ইলিশের রসাস্বাদন - না এ কোনো স্বপ্ন নয় ঘোর বাস্তব। ইলিশ বিরিয়ানি থেকে শেষ পাতের ইলিশের টক সবই মেলে এখানে।

৮ বছর অতিক্রম করে এবার আমাদের সুন্দরবন ইলিশ উৎসব নবম বর্ষে। আপনার মত অগনিত মানুষের ভালোবাসায় এই উৎসব ধীরে ধীরে বড়ো হয়ে উঠছে। বিগত কয়েক বছর সুন্দরবনে ইলিশ উৎসবের ছড়াছড়ি, প্রতিযোগিতায় নাম না লিখিয়ে সঠিক গুণমান বজায় রাখাটাই আমাদের মূল উদ্দেশ্য।

সোনাখালি, হ্যামিলটন সাহেবের বাংলো, রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুর বাংলো, ।

@ দ্বিতীয় দিন -
পিরখালি, গাজিখালি, বনবিবি ভারাণি, দেউল ভারাণি, সরকখালি, সুধন্যখালি ওয়াচ টাওয়ার, পঞ্চমূখানি, দোবাকি ওয়াচ টাওয়ার।

@ তৃতীয় দিন -
সজনেখালি ওয়াচ টাওয়ার, ম্যানগ্রোভ ইন্টারপিটেশন সেন্টার, বনবিবি মন্দির, কুমির পুকুর, কামট পুকুর, পাখির জঙ্গল।

৹ সন্ধ্যায় -
মাছের পকোড়া, স্যালাড, চা/ কফি।

৹ রাতের খাবার -
ট্রাভেল ছুটি ছুটি স্পেশাল খিচুরি, বেগুন ভাজা, ডিম ভাজা, ইলিশ মাছ ভাজা।

নান, চানা মাশালা, মিষ্টি , চা / কফি ।

৹ মধ্যাহ্নভোজন -
বাসমতি চালের ভাত, ডাল , আলু ভাজা, এঁচোর চিংড়ি/ পটল চিংড়ি, ইলিশ ভাপা, লাউ পাতা ইলিশ, স‍্যালাড, চাটনি, পাঁপড় ।

৹ সন্ধ্যায় -
চিকেন পকোড়া, চা / কফি।

৹ রাতের খাবার -
বাসন্তী পোলাও, আলুর দম, মটন কষা, স‍্যালাড ।
