Timing of Holy Bath : 11/02/2025 Tuesday 18:58 hours to 12/02/2025 Wednesday 19:08 hours.
Ghoro Nijo Khorchay(GNK) is providing only travelling facility(transport) from Kolkata to Prayagraj and back to Kolkata.
All other expenses including onward travel/food/lodging etc. travellers need to bear their own expenses.
Bus will give several halts for purchasing of food and nature's call.
Tour Plan :
10 th February 2025
Morning 8 am, bus will start from Esplanade.
Bus will reach Prayagraj, Uttarpradesh on 11th February.
Carrying of Adhaar card (hardcopy+ non masked ) is must for each traveller.
Return :
13 th February 2025 10 am bus will start from Prayagraj and reach Esplanade on 14 th February.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TRAVELLERS : 60.
Travel time and tenure will depend on the Road clearance availability, due to Maha Kumbh Mela huge traffic jam is possible.
Payment and Booking :

Age above 3 full ticket.
Age below 3 no seat reservation/available required.

Last Date of Booking 28/01/2025 Tuesday 12 noon.
No booking will be accepted after the above date and time.
Transaction id (payment screenshot) + Adhaar card(soft copy + non masked ) of all travelers must be sent to Whatsapp +918617223400
A Whatsapp group will be maintained for booked travellers for further information on tour and urgent notice.
Note:
• There will be huge rush, a person only able to walk long distance namely 20kms must participate on this Shahi Snan event in prayagraj.
• Required first aid and medicines must be carried alongwith.
• Everyone must carry mobile phones in case of emergency it will help you trace us.
• Kids must be taken care of cautiously.
• Each traveller is joining GNK TOUR in their own will and freedom for tour to Prayagraj, Maha Kumbh mela.
• EVERYONE MUST TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR BELONGINGS.
• Minimal things to be carried since there is long path to cover.
• For emergency please carry warm clothes / shawl/ kambal and something to lay on floor if necessary.
• GNK is providing only transport service from kolkata to kolkata on the above mentioned dates.
• Everyone must carry ADHAAR CARD along themselves.
• Food, lodging and other services must be arranged by the traveller by their own and on their own expenses. GNK is noway held responsible for any other services except transport.
• BOOKING AMOUNT must be paid FULL AND FINAL on an advanced basis. NO CASH/LATE ADMISSION will be entertained/accepted.
• Upon cancellation of tour on behalf of traveller / passanger, NO RETURN OF ADVANCE AMOUNT will be done.
