Notice is hereby given to the General Members that the half-yearly General Meeting of the Society will be held on 15.03.2018 at 4.00 pm. at INDIAN ASSOCIATION HALL (BHARAT SAVA HALL), 62, B.B.GANGUALY STREET, KOLKATA - 700012 to transact the following business in accordance with Section 30 of WBCS Act’2011 and Rule 19(1) of WBCS Rule’2011.

All Members are requested to attend the Meeting in time.

(a) to review the activities of the Co-operative society on the basis of the report placed by the board;
(b) to consider audit report, if any;
(c) to review financial position on the basis of provisional accounts;
(d) any other item as may be specified in the by-laws.
