There’s something incredibly special about photographing parents before they’ve even met their baby. 🤍

Watching the way a mother instinctively holds her bump, the way a father looks at her, the little smiles, the quiet touches, the excitement between them — you can almost feel the love for someone who isn’t even here yet.

During this session, I wasn’t just photographing a beautiful maternity shoot.

I was capturing two people becoming parents, one little moment at a time.

Their baby will never remember these days.
But one day, they’ll look at these photographs and see just how loved they were before they even arrived. 🥹

And honestly, that is one of my favourite things about maternity photography — getting to preserve a love story before its newest chapter begins.
