What is included
Tirupati Balaji Darshan tour itinerary
1. The state of the art modern ultra-luxury 2+2, Mercedes Benz Multi Axle coach departs from our Bangalore Jayanagara 4th block office by 8:00 pm.
2. On arrival to Tirupati at about 3:00 am, you would be taken to our hotel For fresh up
3. Before leaving for the Lord Balaji's darshan to Tirumala,
you would be served a limited breakfast a which is complimentary for the passengers to suffice hunger until they return back after darshan.
4. You would be refunded your darshan ticket amount of Rs.300 by our tour es**rt.
The passengers are required to buy the ticket on their own by standing in the queue as
the darshan tickets cannot be bought in advance by the travel operator as the passengers
have to render the thumb impression proof as authentication process by the TTD temple authorities.
5. The travel to Tirumala along with your tour es**rt, will be by state run govt.
RTC bus only as private heavy passenger vehicles will not be allowed to climb the hill.
6. After darshan enroute back to the hotel for lunch, depending on the availability of time,
the piligrims will have darshan of Goddess Alamelu Padmavathi amma at Mangapuram.
If required to suffice the stipulated time allotment of 30 minutes.
Your arrival to Bangalore by late evening with memories of a blissful divine Balaji darshan.
Tirupati Balaji Darshan Yatra - Rules & regulations:- * The Tirupati Yatra is inclusive of your
travel to Tirupati & back, up & down travel ticket fare to Tirumala, One south Indian lunch,
one Breakfast & fresh-up accommodation for 45 mins. only on twin sharing basis.
* Breakfast & Lunch is valid for one person per ticket only.
Children with no ticket will be charged extra.
* Your darshan ticket is entitled
for only two laddus as prasadam only.
The prasadam coupons for extra requirement may sometimes be available in the darshan queue
& the travel operator is not responsible for this. Indulging in any kind of malpractice,
seeking more laddu prasadam with any kind of person including the tour es**rt is a
CRIME and the travel company / its staff members shall be defied against any such legal conflicts.
Henceforth, the passenger shall be the sole responsible for any such legal consequences,
arising out of this.
* Head Tonsuring charges if any, are to be paid extra by the passenger
& is not included in this Tirupati Yatra fare. The travel company / its staff members are responsible
for any kind of bribes / malpractices by the passengers in this regard,
in them indulging in such activities. No Head Tonsure on Weekends and Public Holidays due to heavy rush,
which will delay the completion of the Tirupati in the stipulated time.
Kindly note that physically handicapped or old aged people unable to cope with the stipulated time
schedule of the Tirupati Yatra are strictly restricted on weekends and public holidays.
* Padmavathi amma temple Darshan at Mangapuram in Tirupati,
is purely complimentary & not a compulsory part of this Tirupati Yatra.
Depending on the availability of time after Lord Balaji’s darshan, 30 mins. is the stipulated
time for the darshan here. However if there is unprecedented rush at the foresaid place,
the passengers can buy the special darshan ticket on their own expenses and no claims for the same
shall be entertained in this matter by the travel operator.
The air conditioner will not be operational in case of passengers who wish to stay back in the
coach during this time.
What is not included
Package includes Rs.300/- Sheegra Dharshan ticket, Minaral water, Rooms provided for fresh up, Breakfast and Lunch (complimentary), Uphill transfers by link coach and 2 Laadu prasadam included.

>Between 6 Hrs to 12 Hrs from the station departure time : 50%
>Between 12 Hrs to 24 Hrs from the station departure time : 30%
>Minimum Charges on cancellation : 30%
