Job Location - Kuravilangad (Full Time)
Educational Qualification -Any Graduation (Graduation in Tourism is an Advantage)
Job Role
- Lead Management: Handling inbound inquiries from websites or social media and making outbound "cold" or "warm" calls to potential travelers.
- Sales & Pitching: Explaining detailed travel itineraries, highlighting USPs (Unique Selling Points), and persuading clients to book specific holiday packages.
- Itinerary Customization: Understanding a customer's specific needs (budget, dates, preferences) and suggesting or adjusting packages to fit them.
- Booking Coordination: Managing the end-to-end reservation process, including flights, hotel vouchers, and visa assistance.
- Follow-ups: Maintaining a database of interested leads and calling them regularly to close sales or provide updates on discounts.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and revenue targets set by the agency.
