Aqua Jumbo Group of Houseboats are back into operation from 16th October 2020 following the latest COVID - 19 Protocols and Guidelines set by Tourism Department, Government of India. Our top priority is the safety our guests and our staffs. Therefore we have taken new measures to ensure safe travel and smooth operation of our vessels. Together we can fight the pandemic for safe travel..!

IMPORTANT COVID-19 HIGHLIGHTS & INSTRUCTIONS:

‣ Guests coming from OUTSIDE Kerala or ABROAD should register by their own BEFORE CHECK-IN in the Covid-19 Jagratha Portel of the Government of Kerala given below.

‣ Guests coming from within Kerala should provide their details (Name, Age, Address & Phone number) where we do the registration on your behalf.

‣ Due to the current pandemic situation, children BELOW 10 years and adults ABOVE 65 years age are NOT allowed to board the houseboat. Please ensure this before booking.

‣ Guests are allowed to board our houseboat only after body temperature check and disinfecting their luggages by our staffs. Before check-in, you have to wash and disinfect yours hands and enter individual details in the Guest Log book.

‣ Guests are NOT allowed to mingle with the local people during the cruise. No village walk, local fish purchases and sightseeing are allowed as well. Thank you for your understanding.

‣ Our houseboats will be cleaned and disinfected according to Covid-19 protocols between each trips and will be left for 24 hours before the next check-in.
