📌 Position 1: Travel Sales Manager

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Travel Experts to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue. • Allocate leads, monitor follow-ups, and improve lead conversion rates.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional sales performance.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

👤 Requirements
✔ Minimum Graduate.
✔ Age: 28–45 years.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in Travel Sales, including team management experience.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
✔ Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
✔ Experience using CRM and lead management systems.
✔ Fluent in Bengali and Hindi. English communication skills will be an added advantage.

📌 Position 2: Travel Expert

💼 Key Responsibilities
• Understand customers' travel preferences, requirements, and budget to create customized tour plans.
• Assist customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and complete tour bookings.
• Coordinate hotel reservations, transport, and other travel arrangements.
• Provide pre-tour and on-tour assistance to ensure an excellent travel experience.
• Maintain customer records and coordinate with the Operations team.

👤 Requirements
✔ Minimum Graduate.
✔ Age: 25–45 years.
✔ At least 1 year of experience with a registered Travel or Tourism company.
✔ Passion for travel and excellent customer handling skills.
✔ Fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
✔ Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
✔ A degree in Travel & Tourism or additional industry experience will be an added advantage.
