Fly 91 has started a service to Sawantwadi Chipi airport. Fares very reasonable 2500 to 3500. One hour flying time. The good thing is that they have a shuttle bus service to Panaji from the airport at just Rs.300 per person. Plus there is a prepaid taxi counter. Panaji is just 2 hours away.
