Hidden deep inside the fog-covered forests of Dow Hill lies a forgotten colonial structure often referred to as the Mystic Victoria Church, near the historic Victoria Boys' School.
Built during the British era, this region once served as a quiet educational and spiritual hub. The church and surrounding institutions were part of a colonial settlement established in the late 19th century, when the British developed Kurseong as a peaceful hill retreat. The school itself dates back to 1879, surrounded by dense pine forests and Gothic architecture that still stands today.
