🇧🇪 Belgian Breaks World Record in India! 🚴♂️
Belgian hand-cyclist Michiel Desmet just broke the record for ‘the highest altitude reached on a hand cranked cycle.’
Currently in India, Michiel has been on an inspiring journey of grit and determination. Michiel started his remarkable trip from Khambhat, Gujarat, aiming to reach the highest road in the world, Umling La, Ladakh.
Already a Guinness World Record holder for the longest journey by hand-cranked cycle, Michiel has now pushed boundaries again in India.
This trip is about more than just records. Michiel says, “It’s about continuing to travel, pushing myself, and connecting with people and places in a unique way.”
