"Delighted to announce the signing of the first-of-its-kind MoU between UT Administration of Ladakh, Royal Enfield & Ladakh Bike Co-operative Ltd, for organising “Ladakh Bike Week”, a flagship event aimed at establishing Ladakh as the motorcycling capital of the Himalayas.
 
 More than adventure, this initiative is about livelihoods, local participation & sustainability. Homestays, guides, artisans, SHGs & small businesses will directly benefit, while safety, professionalism & environmental responsibility shall remain paramount.  

This collaboration would strengthen Ladakh’s identity as a premier adventure tourism destination, while ensuring our people remain at the centre of this growth story.

Subject: General Body Meeting – Interaction with Ladakh Administration & OEM Brands; LBCL Annual Report and Future Planning

Leh, Ladakh: The Ladakh Biker Union (LBU) successfully convened its General Body Meeting (GBM) at Hotel Grand Dragon, Leh. The meeting witnessed active participation from members, along with a constructive interaction with officers from the Ladakh Administration and representatives of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) brands.
The session focused on strengthening coordination between the biking community, administration, and industry stakeholders. Key discussions were held on promoting responsible tourism, improving road safety measures, and enhancing infrastructure support for bikers visiting Ladakh.

During the meeting, the LBCL Annual Report was presented, highlighting the Union’s activities, achievements, and contributions over the past year. Members also reviewed ongoing initiatives and shared valuable suggestions for further development.

The GBM concluded with strategic planning for upcoming projects, events, and collaborations aimed at promoting Ladakh as a premier biking destination while ensuring sustainable and organized tourism practices.

The Ladakh Biker Union extends its gratitude to the Ladakh Administration and OEM partners for their support and engagement.

This is to inform all the esteemed members of Ladakh Bikers Union that, we will be holding the Pre-Season GBM 2026 on the coming weekend with details provided below.
*_Date: Saturday, 18th April 2026_*
*_Time: 10:00AM Onwards_*
*_Venue: Grand Dragon, Leh_*

We will have a small expo also with couple of companies and also interactive session with UT Administration & District Administration Officers regarding ease of doing our business.

Himalayan Adventure Festival 2025

This is to inform all our clients, tourists, partners, and well-wishers that the upcoming Himalayan Adventure Festival 2025, Scheduled from 26th - 28th September 2025 stands cancelled.

The decision has been taken in solidarity with the ongoing People’s Movement for Ladakh. We strongly believe that the Cause of Ladakh must always come first, and we fully respect the sentiments of the people who are unitedly raising their voices for the 4-Point Agenda Demand of Ladakh.

In this crucial time, we choose to stand with our people rather than hold celebrations, reaffirming that our collective identity and future are far more important than any event.
