We are thrilled to share the remarkable achievement of Sonam Yangjor, who has become the second Indian NNMGA/IFMGA Aspirant Guide, marking a significant milestone in his pursuit of excellence. He received his certificate on 28 December 2025 at the 20th Annual National Mountain Guide Day in Kathmandu. With over 20 years of experience as a guide in the Ladakh Himalayas, Sonam's dedication and passion for mountaineering have propelled him to new heights. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to him and are confident that he will become the first Indian IFMGA certified guide in the near future, inspiring a new generation of mountaineers.

The peak, the team, the success..

Against all odds!! Ladakh has been washed up with untimely rains, flooded rivers, impossible crossings and broken roads. In the midst of this chaos two of our teams summitted Kang Yatse 2, 6200 meter peak. Thanks to the expert guides, support teams and technical equipment provided by and the tenacity of the climbers.
