Love is in the air.
It’s mating season for Snowleopard’s and this beautiful female on the front is one of the permanent resident female of this area. She is in strong heat at the moment and this big male saw her and started chasing everywhere in the valley. Finally around evening she raises her long beautiful tail in the air to tell the male that now she is ready to mate😍😍😍

3 moths of filming in the mountains searching for the most elusive and rarest of all the big cat’s, the SNOW LEOPARD.
We had many sightings of this cat family during our 3 months of expedition but this was the most awaited moment since many years and finally it happened, female and her 2 cubs feeding on a young Urial carcass.
Absolutely Unbelievable 🎥🏔🐏🐆😍❄️

The Snow leopard has declined by 20% in the past two decades, leaving only an estimated 4,000-6,500 of this iconic species left in the wild. With an effective breeding population of about 2,500, numerous threats face this irreplaceable cat, ranging from illegal hunting to habitat loss and our rapidly changing climate. Snow leopard expedition ladakh 2018. 3 weeks of hard work in mountains where temperature drops down to - 25 degree celsius, traveling from valleys to valleys,high altitude terrain with a lungful of air, patiently sitting for hours and hours finally the Grey ghost emerges from the wilderness and all our pain vanished within seconds and the hard work paid off so well..
