Every thought is an energy and looking at the current situations we indeed need some positive one.

Land of Lamas, believe implicitly in the influence of the spirits on the material world and in order to propitiate their energies they have several months of rigorous regimen of prayers. This is the major reason of natural joie-de-vivre lifestyle of people living in this region.

Due to Ladakh's geographical positions, more than half a year their land is covered in snow. And thus their major source of earning comes from tourism which runs from May to September. Given diplomatic conditions seems to choke their business for the rest of the year.

What can be done in such circumstances?
We all first need to be responsible travellers. Understand what are the risk factors before planning a tour to such tensed location and you must have all security measures in place. It is advisable to travel in groups rather than planning an independent tour. You must also check if your operator has enough expertise to handle such critical situations.

Let us pray good for all and let our prayers reach out to the decision making people and also give energy to those who are executing it.

Somehow we managed to convince the driver for going to Kasol and the expected 10 hours journey turned to unexpected 22 hours. We travelled almost 100 Kms extra and as you all know how dangerous it is to drive in nights in hilly areas. But when we reached the destination suddenly everything changed, tiredness became enjoyment and the nature amazed us with it's pleasing and ravishing peculiarity.
