Let’s visit a spiritual place today. A place which attracted many tourist for many years and now became a go to place for many tourists. The place im talking about is “NARAYANI DHAM”. The temple is situated in lonavala and is around 70km from pune and 90km from Mumbai.

There are several facilities available as the temple complex is spread over 4.5 acres.

It houses a temple of Shree Durga Maa, Shree Siddhivinayak, and Shree Salasar Hanuman. There are several other facilities such as housing, food, banquet halls and medical & health related rooms.

If you are planning for a stay on the temple complex no worry they got that covered too. The Shree Narayani Dham temple complex contains 62 single-bed rooms, two dormitories with five beds each, and four bungalows.

Pune Junction!!

Pune junction is one of the most busy railway stations. It is a railway junction on the Mumbai–Chennai line and the Pune–Miraj–Londa line. It has two accesses, from HH Aga Khan Road on the south and Raja Bahadur Mills Road from the north. It is controlled and regulated by the Pune Police and Central Reserve Police Force.

The Pune railway station opened in 1858.

This station has three footbridges with a skywalk. Elevator service is available on the footbridge. Plans are being made to upgrade the station to a world-class standard.

As a protection against the coronavirus, Central Railway's Railway Protection Force has deployed a robot, 'Captain Arjun', to screen patients and enhance security surveillance at the station,Its electronic eyes are useful for screening passengers during boarding. The robot will help protect passengers and rail staff from infection in addition to performing security maintenance. The robot is equipped with motion sensors, one pan-tilt-zoom camera and a dome camera, which uses artificial intelligence to track suspicious or anti-social mischief makers in the station.

Today’s lets go to the most visited place, “Shirdi Sai Baba” . Sai Baba, was an Indian spiritual master who is regarded by his devotees to be a manifestation of Sri Dattaguru and identified as a saint and a fakir. He was revered by both his Hindu and Muslim devotees during, as well as after his lifetime.

He is remembered for his teachings, he preached the importance of "realization of the self" and criticized "love towards perishable things". His teachings concentrate on a moral code of love, forgiveness, helping others, charity, contentment, inner peace and devotion to the God.

He is also known to have said "Look to me, and I shall look to you"and Allah tera bhala karega. He was said to be an incarnation of Dattatreya. The word Sai refers to a religious mendicant but can also mean God.

Sai Baba encouraged his devotees to pray, chant God's name, and read holy scriptures. He told Muslims to study the Qur'an and Hindus to study texts such as the Ramayana, Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Vasistha. He advised his devotees and followers to lead a moral life, help others, love every living being without any discrimination, and develop two important features of character: faith and patience

VALLEY OF FLOWERS

Today we’ll visit the place which is a part of the UNESCO world natural heritage site, it was added in the year 2012. The site im talking about is “KAAS PATHAR/ PLATEAU” situated in the satara which is around 195 from lonavala and around 280 km from mumbai Kaas plateau is a plateau located around 25 km from Satara. There are two ways to reach Kaas. one the more direct way from Satara and another from Tapola via the link road connecting Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani to Kas Pathar. You can have a one day drive to this amazing and mesmerizing location.

Kaas pathar has more than 850 different variety of flowers which includes orchids, shrubs such as karvy, carnivorous plants such as dorsera indica.

So, the best time to visit Kaas Plateau is during the month of September or early October. The bloom lasts only two to three weeks so if you want to enjoy the splendid view of the colorful wildflowers sprawling across vast fields, plan your trip wisely.

आज हम 12 ज्योतिर्लिंगों में से एक मंदिर- त्र्यंबकेश्वर मंदिर के दर्शन करेंगे। त्र्यंबकेश्वर भगवान शिव को समर्पित एक प्राचीन हिंदू मंदिर है और यह 12 ज्योतिर्लिंगों में से एक है। त्र्यंबक से पवित्र गोदावरी नदी का उद्गम भी है। मंदिर तीन पहाड़ियों के बीच स्थित है और मंदिर में 3 लिंग (शिव, विष्णु, ब्रह्मा) हैं। यह महाराष्ट्र में सबसे प्रसिद्ध और सबसे अच्छे मंदिरों में से एक के रूप में जाना जाता है।

मंदिर त्र्यंबक में अपने कुशावर्त कुंड के लिए बेहद लोकप्रिय है, जो एक पवित्र स्नान स्थल है। कुंड को अपना पानी गोदावरी नदी से प्राप्त होता है।

यह महाराष्ट्र के नासिक जिले में स्थित है। यह लोनावाला से लगभग 240 किमी दूर है जो लगभग 5 घंटे की ड्राइव है, दूरी पुणे से भी समान है। मुंबई से बात करें तो यह लगभग 180 किमी और 4 घंटे की ड्राइव है। मंदिर तक पहुंचने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका सड़क मार्ग है। निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन नासिक रोड रेलवे स्टेशन है जो सड़क मार्ग से 39 किलोमीटर दूर है।

Today’s we’ll visit one of the 12 Jyotirlinga Temple- Trimbakeshwar Temple. Trimbakeshwar is an ancient hindu temple dedicated to lord shiva and it one of the 12 jyotirlinga. There is also the origin of the sacred river godavari from trimbak. The temple is located between the three hills and the temple has 3 lingas (Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma). It is known to be one of the most famous and best temples in maharashtra.

The temple is extremely popular for its Kushavarta Kund in Trimbak, which is a sacred bathing spot. The kund receives its water from the Godavari River.

It is situated in Nashik district of Maharashtra. It is around 240km from lonavala that is approx 5 hours drive, the distance is same from pune as well. As to speak from mumbai it is around 180km and 4 hour drive. The best way to reach the temple is by road. The closest railway station is the Nashik Road Railway Station that is 39 kilometers by road.

The twelve jyothirlinga are Somnath in Gujarat, Mallikarjuna at Srisailam in Andhra Pradesh, Mahakaleswar at Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh, Omkareshwar in Madhya Pradesh, Kedarnath in Himalayas, Bhimashankar in Maharashtra, Viswanath at Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, Trimbakeshwar in Maharashtra, Vaidyanath at Deoghar in Jharkhand, Nageshwar Temple at Dwaraka in Gujarat, Rameshwar at Rameswaram in Tamil Nadu and Grishneshwar at Aurangabad in Maharashtra.

Today let’s visit a temple, a temple well known to people and the temple recieves number of devotees each year. The temple im talking about is based in Shani Shingnapur a village in maharashtra situated in ahmednagar district.

The temple is known for Shani Bhagwan, the hindu god associated with planet saturn. Shani shingnapur is around 210km from lonavala and around 295km from mumbai that is around 6 hours and 30min drive.

The village shingnapur is also famous for another reason, the reason is, there is not even a single door in the village only the door frames, despite of no door there is not even a single official report of theft in the village. The villagers believed that lord shani will punish anyone attempting theft.

The temple is believed to be the jagrut devastan i.e. “Alive Temple”, meaning the deity still resides in the temple icon. The ideal of Bhagwan Shani is “Swayambhu” meaning it self emerged from the earth in the form of black solid stone. The temple is busiest on saturdays. There are so many stories related to this temple which is worth the read.
