√ While we provide wi-fi, that interrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed due to our
remote location. Embrace this opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
√ Our outdoor pool is nestled amidst trees, which means occasional leaves and other insects may be
present. Rest assured the pool is equipped with a reliable filtration system for cleanliness and safety.
√ Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000 is payable at the villa at the time of Check-in which is 100% refundable, if nodamage observed.Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa, including fittings, furniture, and other provided
items. Damages will be charged to the guest.
√ Loud Music after 11 p.m. is not allowed, however you can play normal music inside the villa.
√ Our location occasionally experiences electricity fluctuations however we have generators in place to mitigate any inconveniences, please note this may affect electrical appliances like Ac’s and geysers.Operation of the same will have to be paid
for on actuals.
√ Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying
firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.
Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
√ Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up ho**ahs inside villa premises.
√ The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied byadults at all times.
√ Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
