2. What are SimplyTrip’s Sales support timings? SimplyTrip’s sales support timings are from 11 am to 8:00 pm, all 7 days. You can also write to us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you at the earliest.
3. What are SimplyTrip’s Customer Support timings? The travel manager assigned to your trip can be contacted at any time for any issues/emergencies. Please feel free to WhatsApp your travel manager as well. We make it a point to respond & address your queries at the earliest.
4. Can I reserve a particular vehicle for a one-day trip? Unfortunately for one-day trips, we don’t promise a particular vehicle. However, you can make bookings for a particular class of buses and we’ll dispatch a vehicle that matches the criteria completely.
5. How long before my trip date should I confirm my bus rental arrangement? We, at the minimum, recommend you confirm reservations of your vehicle 2 weeks prior to your date of travel. If you’re looking to reserve the Prime, Executive or Benz Buses then we recommend that you make the booking 3 weeks to 6 weeks in advance as these vehicles are high in demand and tend to get booked for long periods of time.
6. Can I book a bus on an hourly package? SimplyTrip does offer local trip packages starting from 6-hours. If you’re looking for a flexible package, we recommend you opt for the full-day price where the vehicle can be occupied for the entire day.
7. What modes of payment does SimplyTrip accept? While paying the booking amount to reserve your vehicle, you can make the payment using Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard & Rupay), Debit Card, UPI, wallet apps like Phonepe, Google pay, Amazon pay & Paytm. You could also visit our sales office and make the booking amount in cash if you’d like to. 8. How do I know more about the exact features available on my bus? You can view the amenities section to understand the exact features available on any particular class of vehicle. You can also ask your assigned travel manager/ sales executive to understand the exact features that come with the bus you’ve reserved.
9. What are the current lockdown guidelines that are to be followed to travel via road from Mumbai? As of June 1 2021 until June 15, 2021, below are the following guidelines to be followed to travel:
1) 50% occupancy rule in any vehicle
2) Carry soft/hardcopy of the e-pass
3) Carry RT-PCR negative test results of every passenger when traveling out of Maharashtra.
10. Does SimplyTrip also offer Hotels & Villa bookings? As of today, SimplyTrip doesn’t offer Hotels & Villa bookings. We however look forward to launching a separate vertical that looks into other aspects of a trip. We’ll be sure to notify our customers once we’ve launched a new vertical.
