It’s been a year, Sameer... and not a day goes by without thinking of you. It still feels unreal — that you left us so suddenly, without a goodbye, leaving behind a silence we haven’t yet learned to live with.
Life at Elan has never been the same. You weren’t just part of our team — you were family. Your energy, your laughter, your unwavering belief in all of us — it echoes in everything we do. The past year has tested us in more ways than we can say, and while we’ve tried to stay strong, your absence is deeply felt — in our meetings, our decisions, our celebrations, and even our quiet moments.
But we’re trying. Slowly, steadily, we are learning to carry your legacy forward — with love, integrity, and the same passion you brought to everything. We find comfort in doing things the “Sameer way” — with heart, with courage, and always with a smile.
