5️⃣ Loud Music not allowed AFTER 10 PM slow MUSIC inside villa
6️⃣Check-in of the guest is permitted only after full payment.
7️⃣No refund in case of any natural calamities, road blockage, landslide, curfew or any other political activities.
8️⃣A deposit of Rs.5000/- will be incurred at the time of Check-in, apart from the rental amount. In case of damages, charges will be applicable from the deposit.
In case of NO DAMAGE, the deposit amount will be refunded without any deduction.
