Sales Executive
Someone who can understand travellers, communicate confidently, follow up intelligently, build relationships and turn enquiries into bookings.
Content Strategist
Not someone who just “posts.” Someone who understands hooks, trends, storytelling, campaigns and how to make a brand impossible to ignore.
Cinematographers + Video Editors
Shoot travel beautifully. Edit with emotion. Understand music, pacing, reels and storytelling that makes someone watching say, “I need to be there.”
5 College Interns
Experience is optional. Curiosity, confidence, ideas and hunger are not.
Utopia Trip Festival Team
For people who genuinely understand electronic music, international festival culture, global audiences, networking and community building. Exceptional English is important.
