“The TAAI Convention in Kolkata should be about learning, networking and preparing for the future. As AI rapidly transforms the travel industry, I would like to see practical business sessions on how travel agents can leverage AI for sales, marketing, customer service, itinerary planning and overall business efficiency. I also look forward to understanding emerging travel trends, connecting with airlines, destinations and technology partners, and exchanging experiences with fellow members. My biggest takeaway should be practical ideas that we can implement and turn into business opportunities”
