July to September is the absolute best time to dive in Maldives for Manta Rays and Whale sharks because these animals are filter feeders and eat plankton, which blooms in the water due to the rains during monsoon months. Divers from all over the planet come here specially for THIS.
Monsoons in the Maldives is different from the way it happens in most parts of India. It does not rain all the time continuously, it only rains intermittently which also infact keeps the heat down and leads to gorgeous sunsets!😍
So while regular tourists may not prefer to visit Maldives as much during the monsoon monthsbecuae they re just stuck in land but if you are a going there for diving and snorkeling, this is the MOST EPIC time for us to be there to witness madness underwater.
Maldives is a 365 days a year country and if you were interested in seeing the biggest fish in the world aka The Whale Shark and Giant "Birds" that look like alien space ships Alan Manta Rays, flying around you underwater in large numbers (sometimes upto 300 of them) then there is no better time in the year than between July to September to visit Maldives.
We organise scuba diving and snorkeling trips to Maldives every month of the year, every year since 2015 and this year is no exception.
If you wanna come along, you k ow what to do🙋🏾♂️🙋🏾♀️
