At Arts Quotient, we seek to help people imagine possibility differently – for themselves, their organizations and their communities - leading to deep positive change in the outcomes and conversations around them. We do this via the medium of the arts, harnessing their innate spirit of exploration, creativity and risk-taking in our methodology. Principles, practices, skills and perspectives drawn

from a variety of forms including theatre, dance, music, and painting are combined with research from applied disciplines like psychology and management. The result is transformative art-based learning experiences that create new opportunities for deep personal growth. Bios:

Swati Apte is a Harvard MBA and holds a Masters from Oxford in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. consultant, She has worked extensively in the business as well as the social sector. Swati is an Odissi dancer and briefly managed an art gallery in New York, where she lived for ten years. Swati has a keen interest in inclusive education and sits on the boards of multiple education NGOs like India Schoolhouse Fund, Educate Girls and Junoon. Dr. Sangeetha Rajan started her career with ICICI Bank and branched off on her own in 2005 to consult to corporates in the field of learning and psychometrics. She holds a Masters in Psychology, an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a PhD from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences for her thesis on ‘The Artistic Mind’. She has performed extensively in India and abroad, manages her dance troupe “Urban Temple”, and was nominated to the International Council of Dance (CID-UNESCO) in 2013.
